The issuance of the redemption URL shall not be deemed as ASUS making any implied or express representation or warranty on the non-infringement, reliability, or accuracy of ExpressVPN.
   7. All the information submitted by the Eligible Participant is true and accurate. Upon submitting any personal data, as defined under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council or under any other applicable laws and regulations, the Eligible Participant authorizes ASUS and Express to access, use, and transfer such personal data to the extent necessary for this Promotion.
   8. The participation of this Promotion by the Eligible Participant does not infringe rights of any third party and is not in breach of any laws, regulation, or governmental orders applicable to such Eligible Participant.
4. The details of the Promotion, including the Promotion Period, the Promotion Territory, and the Eligible Products, are subject to the updates and modification made by ASUS and Express from time to time on the Promotion Site.
5. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency of the Terms and Condition hereunder and the advertisem*nts, posts, or other content published by ASUS, Express, or their distributors with respective to this Promotion, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
